Sure you can take em to court but what's the long term damage?

First off, wasn't on the air today or through the night due to still some Internet and computer problems. Also the effects of my food poisoning . My beloved Shelly suggested I take them to court for it. While that makes some sense, still, what would I get out of it? A few free meals there, and/or some change ? I told her and it is very real, this is but a small town and if one starts suing for every damn thing, the word gets around and adios to any local ad dollars for HazzardAyre Radio. I have to do business here, so that's not an option. However had my tummy pains and all been worse, or caused something more severe, of course I would, but the mild case of the Hershey squirts and worshiping the porceelan throne, is acceptable. Besides, the main manager here has no control over that, sure they most likely didn't cook the thing long enough or they might have gotten a bad batch of fish patties who knows? Thing is, I'm okay.
Now on the subject of LiL Lexi, sure; Chad's cost me big money for doing no repair at all. So yes if the time statute hasn't expired by the 1st sure I'll file a small claims suit to recover what money I paid, and the loss of business because of it. But sometimes you have to look past the immediate income to the greater return in the future.
